What you’ll need
350 grams fig
350 grams chuchuhuasi
100 grams orange peel
4 liters pure Pisco Quebranta
Preparation

Slice the figs.

Chop the chuchuhuasi into small pieces.

Dehydrate the figs, chuchuhuasi and orange peel.

Place the ingredients into the gallon jar of pisco and seal.

Leave in a dark place for 10 days.

After 10 days, filter or strain the pisco infusion. Enjoy!
