A classic peruvian cocktail

This is a traditional Peruvian cocktail. A refreshing long drink.

What you’ll need

  • 2 ½ ounces pure Pisco Torontel
  • ¼ ounce lime juice
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • 3 ounces ginger ale

Preparation

    Pour the pisco into a tall glass.

    Add the freshly squeezed lime juice.

    Add the Angostura bitters.
  • 4

    Add 5 ice cubes.
  • 5

    Fill the glass with ginger ale.
  • 6

    Mix the cocktail with a mixing spoon.

    Decorate with a slice of green Peruvian lemon. Enjoy!

    Note: You can vary the measurements to taste, adding more or less pisco, lime juice or ginger ale, until you find the mix that suits you best.
