What you’ll need

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 5 raspberries or peach
  • 4 mint leaves
  • .75 lime
  • .75 mint simple syrup
  • Top with soda
  • Collins

Preparation

    Gently muddle raspberries (or peach) and mint in your shaker.
  • 2

    Add pisco, lime, mint simple syrup and ice.
  • 3

    Shake vigorously, strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
  • 4

    Garnish with a raspberry and 2 mint leaves.
