What you’ll need
2 oz Pisco
1.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple
Muddle half kiwi and 4 Thai basil leaves
Top with soda
Collins glass
Preparation

Muddle kiwi and basil.

Add pisco, lemon and simple syrup and ice to shaker.

Shake vigorously and strain into Collins glass filled with ice, top with club soda.

Garnish with a slice of kiwi and/or basil leaves.
