An original cocktail created at the Museo del Pisco, inspired by one of owner’s daughters.

What you’ll need

  • 2 ounces pure Pisco Quebranta
  • ¼ ounce lime juice
  • 5 ounces Marticha mix (a pre-mix made with blends of fresh mango and passion fruit juices)

Preparation

    Put all the ingredients into a shaker.

    Add 4 ice cubes.
  • 3

    Shake for 30 seconds to cool and blend.

    Strain twice.
  • 5

    Serve in a martini glass.
  • 6

    Decorate with an aguaymanto and black grape skewer. Enjoy!
