What you’ll need

  • 1 ounce lemon grass macerated Pisco
  • 1 ounce sugar syrup
  • 1 ½ oz passion fruit juice
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 lemon grass leaves

Preparation

    Blend together all ingredients.
  • 2

    Pour the mixture through a sieve and into the shaker.
  • 3

    Add 4 ice cubes to the mixture.
  • 4

    Shake for 30 seconds.
  • 5

    Serve in a red wine glass with 6 ice cubes.
  • 6

    Decorate with 2 lemon grass leaves and a thin slice of caramelized apple. Enjoy!
