Doña Lucha
An original cocktail created by the head barman at the Museo del Pisco
What you’ll need
1 ounce lemon grass macerated Pisco
1 ounce sugar syrup
1 ½ oz passion fruit juice
1 green apple
2 lemon grass leaves
Preparation

Blend together all ingredients.

Pour the mixture through a sieve and into the shaker.

Add 4 ice cubes to the mixture.

Shake for 30 seconds.

Serve in a red wine glass with 6 ice cubes.

Decorate with 2 lemon grass leaves and a thin slice of caramelized apple. Enjoy!
