  • 1 oz white Vermouth
  • .25 Averna
  • Orange twist
  • Coupe

Preparation

    Combine Pisco, vermouth and Averna in a mixing glass.

    Add ice and stir to chill.
  • 3

    Strain into a chilled Coupe, garnish with orange twist.
